God. no one fucking cares about the mullets!
UPN should pick up Family Guy from fox and air that right after smackdown! I know I would be watching it! :D
Yea, "The Mullets" were in front row seats on Raw this past Monday too. The king even mentioned them right before a match and the camera zoomed in on them, king made a quick plug about the show coming to UPN.
The Torrie Wilson/Jamie Noble “sleep together” segment was taped yesterday and will be inserted into tonight’s SmackDown taping to air this Thursday on UPN.
There has been a change in a confirmed match for next week’s SmackDown in Kelowna, B.C. During the Brock Lesnar vs. Vince McMahon cage match main event, they have changed the special guest referee from Sable and Stephanie McMahon to Kurt Angle. It looks as if a new angle is in the works.
Its Kurt Angle as the guest ref
I read the results :D
Yea, I saw too. :P
As you know, Vince McMahon vs. Brock Lesnar in a cage with Kurt Angle as the special guest referee is set to headline SmackDown next week. The plan is to turn Lesnar heel. Right now, storyline scripts have been written where Brock Lesnar and Vince McMahon will team up after their match and turn on Angle, thus causing a major Lesnar heel turn. The way it's setup now looks to be very interesting. Angle vs. Lesnar is confirmed for SummerSlam.
Next week’s edition of SmackDown to be taped in St. Louis will feature Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas vs. Rey Mysterio and Billy Kidman. This match will be used as the split-up of the latter team to set up a cruiserweight title program.
Local television markets in New York City are promoting the main event for the SmackDown brand house show at Madison Square Garden on September 20th as a Fatal Four-Way between WWE champion Kurt Angle, The Undertaker, The Big Show, and Brock Lesnar with Vince McMahon as the special referee.
WWE is currently training a woman named Rue to take on backstage interview duties for SmackDown telecasts. She's attended the last few television tapings, so should be appearing on TV shortly.
Zach Gowen vs. Brock Lesnar with Vince McMahon as special referee, which was announced for tonight's Smackdown taping and heavily advertised locally in Detroit, has been pulled from the show. The decision to remove it was made last week, but advertisements for it are still airing as of today.
The plan for SmackDown is to build up one of the shows as a “big” show of pay-per-view caliber, since their next pay-per-view show isn’t until October.
The following is from WWE.com:

Also, Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas have proclaimed themselves the World's Greatest Tag Team. That name will be tested when they put the WWE Tag Team Championship on the line against Faarooq and Bradshaw, the A.P.A.

The Canadian version of SmackDown had the Zach Gowen and Brock Lesnar segment edited out, which was the segment that ended the show.
